(2)(c) There are two cords on a wooden stake out in the licensed outdoor play area that are accessible to children. One is a plug-in cord and the other is a wire that leads through the landscaping rocks to some lights in the unlicensed outdoor space. (2)(c) There was a loose cord leading from the heat pump/AC unit to the house that was accessible to children. (2)(c) There was an antenna device behind the television that was hanging precariously from a nail. Part of the cord to the antenna was wrapped up, but the whole device was within reach of children and could be pulled down easily. (5)(d)(f)The television and antenna were plugged into a power strip under the television, and the power strip was plugged into an extension cord that was then plugged into the wall. The cord on the power strip was not long enough to be plugged into the electrical outlet directly. Extension cords cannot be used on a permanent basis or replace direct wiring.
